Coaching Programmes
Junior Programme
Our coaches have a fantastic energy on court, combining the fun elements of tennis with developing the key skills to improve your game. By adopting this medley, we can offer excellent sessions suited for all ages and abilities. The juniors enjoy the energy that our coaches bring and they feel right at home as our coaches love to make things fun.
Holiday Camps
Are you looking for something to do during the holiday seasons? Perhaps you fancy improving your game? If so, 10 Out of Tennis is the ideal place to be. We offer a diverse range of tennis camps for juniors of all levels over the holiday seasons to help you stay fit and active, improve your talents and most importantly to enjoy playing tennis.
Adult Programme
10 out of Tennis realise the importance of staying fit and healthy. Our extensive adult programme is the perfect way to do that while expanding your repertoire of skills on court. Our priority is to help you achieve your goals and to continue to enjoy the game of tennis for years to come.

Individual Coaching
Looking for the Federer serve or the Murray backhand? Why not get some individual coaching from one of our highly qualified coaches to help improve a specific area of your tennis? It’s a great way to concentrate on your game and sharpen up on aspects, while maintaining what you already know and can already do.
Devt Programme
We offer development coaching sessions (by invitation) for those who are looking to play more tennis, enhance their skill and start competing in tournaments. If you are struggling to gain that extra push or spark in your playing then we can help. We will analyse your game and help you improve further to maximise your potential and achieve your goals.
Here at 10 Out of Tennis we pride ourselves on delivering a friendly and professional service. Our coaches have years of experience and are led by Shaun Tulloch, who is a LTA Level 4 qualified coach. If you want to get better at tennis, please contact us to arrange a session.
Our Coaches
Shaun Tulloch is the founder of 10 Out of Tennis. His ethos is to improve the playing standards of participants at all levels of the sport in a fun and enjoyable way.
Shaun is an LTA Level 4 qualified Tennis Coach and has been coaching full time since 2007. He has lots of theoretical and hands on experience which he has picked up over the years, both from working with some of the top coaches in the country, as well as coaching in various countries.
He represented the West of Scotland County team at junior and senior level, most recently in Summer 2018. During Shaun’s years of competing at junior level, he reached a National ranking high of 5. He still enjoys playing the game today and is rarely found off court, competing regularly in tournaments and representing his club’s 1st team in the Premier League. Shaun’s energetic character is second to none and his engaging and charismatic personality will keep you entertained on and off the court.

Jamie Martin
Jamie is a very easy going and fun coach with bags of experience behind him. On or off court, you'll always be greeted with a smile and he'll always make you feel welcome.
Jamie is an LTA Level 3 qualified Tennis Coach and has been coaching for the last 5 years all around the world. He has worked at number of clubs around Scotland, as well as picking up valuable experience working in China for 5 months.
Jamie has played tennis all around the world and has played to an extremely high level. As a junior player he trained full time in Spain for 6 months and won various competitions all over the UK. During this time he reached a high of 4th in Scotland and top 30 in the UK rankings. He has also represented the West of Scotland County team at virtually every level possible!
We are extremely lucky to have someone who has played at such a high level joining our team and I'm sure he'll be able to pass a lot of his experence to all of you!
